Given that funerals are always a difficult time for families,

Rob does not actively ask for feedback. A number of family members and funeral directors have, however, voluntarily opted to do so, and some examples are pasted below:

I know you do not ask for feedback but we wanted to say thankyou not only for providing an excellent service but for your support.  With your help I felt we had done everything possible to celebrate my mother's life.  Your attention to detail and professional delivery ensured the day went well and are highly commendable.  Those who had been unable to attend in person confirmed the streaming was perfect and it meant so much to them being able to be a part of Mum's funeral.  I have had no hesitation in recommending you to the Funeral Director.  Thank you once again for all of your hard work.

Kudos to Rob...  We couldn’t be there in person but we had the opportunity to share / be a part of this sad event.  Watching as each one reflected on uncle’s life.  At times the tears flowed... this day represented the closing of a chapter...great job Rob.  Thanks from his family in the USA, and Jamaica 🇯🇲 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Thanks Rob for an amazing job you have done today for my wife XXX. This has meant an enormous amount to the family in Scotland as they could not travel due to the lockdown. Someone mentioned that your video has had almost 500 views. I know that people as far afield as USA, Saudi Arabia and Australia watched it.
